Delorme PN20 Earthmate GPS

The Delorme PN20 fits easily right in the palm of your hand. It comes bundled with Delorme's Topo USA National software, which provides complete US Topographic and street maps.

Also included are $100 worth of aerial photo downloads, an SD card reader and 16 gig SD card. Gosh, this thing is loaded!

Magellan Triton 2000

Here's a GPS unit that seems to be able to do it all. Magellan Triton 2000 says it's the only unit that can support National Geographic TOPO maps. How cool is that?

There's more! Not only can you download the National Geographic TOPO maps with a click of your mouse, you can also get Weekend Explorer 3D maps directly onto this handheld unit.

Garmin GPS map 60CS

I use a Garmin GPSmap 60CS. I chose this one for it's dedicated geocaching screens and it's ability to route you on road trips, either geocaching or vacation trips. Here is how a typical geocaching trip might go. (I also have a Zire31 PDA)

Garmin eTrex Legend

Ok, so I got the Legend for my birthday for deer hunting. It was so I could mark stand sites, deer sign, etc... I had heard about Geocaching years before, out of curiosity I went out and tried it. It was an excellent way to learn how to use the Legend.
